FAQ

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are.

Orders are all dispatched from our Dublin based HQ. For Ireland, it can take up to 4 working days to arrive (An Post aims for 2 working days).  You can also choose to have tracked post (option at the checkout) - this provides you with an extra layer of security, knowing you can track your new kit as it travels from the SADDLEMAN website all the way to your door!

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind within 14 days, we are happy to process a return. The items that are being returned must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. They will need to have their labels still attached and should be in their original packaging. Do you ship outside of Ireland and the EU?
